For all of you ice cream lovers out there, try this one ingredient recipe and satisfy your taste buds…guilt free!

This recipe is healthy, vegan and raw. You can top it off with some of your favorite ingredients, like strawberries, pecans, nut butter, spices, dark chocolate… use your imaginations!

Healthy Ice Cream Recipe

Ingredients per serving

1 1/2 banana (sliced & frozen), and a little bit of water, you can also use milk or a milk substitute (almond, soy…)

Preparation

Blend bananas in food processor or powerful blender for a few minutes, adding milk or water to get desired texture.

Add your goodies to the mix 🙂

Enjoy as a healthy snack, desert or even breakfast!
