Yummy Nut Ball Recipe

Yummy Stuff

I love this recipe, it’s so simple, just as healthy, and most importantly: it is delicious and nutritious!

What you will need:

  • 1/4 cup chopped dates (preferably not the ones glazed in sugar)
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/3 cup pecans, almonds or walnuts (you can also mix them all up together)
  • 1/8 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation:

  • Place dates & cranberries in food processor and blend until it becomes like a paste
  • Transfer the mixture in a medium bowl
  • Add nuts in food processor and pulse until finely chopped
  • Add the nuts, along with the cinnamon, to the bowl containing the fruit paste
  • Use fingers to knead the nuts into the paste & form small bite size balls
  • You can also roll the balls into raw cacao or coconut flakes for a delightful & entirely raw snack/desert
