My Workout Log

Summary of the week:

  • 40min. P90x+ Kempo Cardio
  • 12min. HIIT Workout
  • 10min. Quickie Workout

Although my initial goal was to start training more frequently and challenge myself with a couple of P90x workouts, I had to hit the road unexpectedly. I still managed to slip in a few quick and effective workouts!
