Summary of the week

  • 2 x 12min.HIIT
  • 1 x 30min. upper body workout
  • 1 x 10min. split stretches

Although I was planning on starting my new fitness challenge last week, I got pretty sick, so I had to postpone it to this week! I’ll be sharing my new 3 week “Bring It Back challenge” in a bit…

Here are my training goals for this week:

  • 1 x 12min. HIIT
  • 1 x upper body strength training
  • 1 x P90X2 Yoga
  • 1x P90X2 Plyocide
  • 1 x P90X2 Total Body
  • 1 x Gluteus to the Maximus workout
  •  4 x split stretches
