My Workout Log

Summary of the week

My Semi-Recovery Week was Completed with Success!

These were my set goals

  • P90X2 Yoga (1-2) (DONE-2)
  • P90X2 Recovery + Mobility (1-2) (DONE-1)
  • P90X2 Plyocide (1) (DONE)
  • Total Body Workout (1) (DONE)

Now it’s time to start my new 3-Week Challenge:

The “Lean and Mean Bad Ass Machine“!

Here are my goals for this week:

  • 1-2 x P90X2 Yoga
  • Gluteus to the Maximus Workout (will be posting this one soon)
  • 2-3 x Short High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)
  • P90X2 Ab Ripper
  • Upper Body Strength Training

That’s the plan!

Let’s see if I can rock this week’s challenge!
